Certificate of Eligibility (VA Form 26-1880)
- This form verifies your eligibility for a VA home loan.
- You can request it online through the VA eBenefits Portal (ebenefits.va.gov), by mail, or through a VA-approved lender like Magic Mortgage.
DD Form 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
- This document is required for veterans applying for a VA loan.
- You can obtain a copy from the National Archives website (www.archives.gov) or by submitting Standard Form 180 (SF-180).
